Unicorn Realty announces new Norwell tenant

NORWELL, Mass. — Unicorn Realty, a leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, has completed a three-year lease for a new tenant at 293 Washington Street in Norwell.

Get in Shape for Women opened its doors on Feb. 15 in Unit 1B at 293 Washington St., according to business owner Julia Jacob.

Jacob has signed a three-year lease to operate from the 960-square-foot unit. Denece Clinton of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

"I'm very pleased with the unit and delighted with the great location," said Jacob. "It's an excellent spot and very convenient for clients."

"We are more than pleased to welcome Get in Shape for Women as our most recent tenant at this vital Route 53 location in Norwell," said Brian Murphy, a spokesperson at Unicorn Realty. "It is certain to be a wonderful addition to the property."
