at 155 Webster Street in Hanover

Family Support Center at Hanover Business Park

NORWELL, HANOVER, MA, ISSUED AUGUST 2, 2010…Unicorn Realty, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, today announced that it recently completed a lease for a new tenant at 155 Webster Street in Hanover.

Brockton Area Multi-Services Inc. (BAMSI) has opened the doors of its Family Support Center at The Hanover Business Park, according to Barbara Duffy, Vice President of Community Relations of the private non-profit human service organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and sense of self-worth for families throughout the state.

The Family Support Center, funded through the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services, will serve as a hub to provide various programs and activities to families of children with developmental disabilities.

Brockton Area Multi-Services Inc. has signed a lease to operate from the 2,500 square foot unit in The Hanover Business Park, which is located at 145-155 Webster Street (Route 123) in Hanover.  Denece Clinton of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

“We chose this location based on its proximity to the Route 3 corridor and its convenient access for people from Braintree to Plymouth,” said Duffy.  “And it’s fair to say that our experience working with Denece Clinton and the Unicorn Realty staff has been excellent; there is a real sense of partnership between Unicorn Realty and BAMSI.”
